MEIRC announces the introduction of SHRM Advanced Certificate in HR Management program in UAE

Meirc Training and Consulting®, a leading provider of training and consulting solutions, has launched a new training program: SHRM Advanced Certificate in HR Management (ACHRM), in association with The Society for Human Resource Management.

The Advanced Certificate program is the first and only program of its kind that is fully offered by the world’s largest HR organization in English and Arabic in the Middle East region.

The SHRM Advanced Certificate in Human Resource Management is specifically designed and customized for HR practitioners who are either at the early stages of their career, have no previous formal education in HR or Business, or those HR professionals aiming to develop a holistic overview of the HR function to enable their transition into the next big break in their professional HR career.

The role of HR professionals within organizations is crucial as it continues to support and offer much needed services to all employees. Acting as an organization’s backbone, HR departments offer key services related to talent acquisition, compensation, talent development, performance management, and employee relations. The ACHRM is a comprehensive HR certificate program that is made up of a total of 4 courses (8 modules). Each course is delivered over a period of 5 consecutive days in either English or Arabic, face to face or live virtual.
