This Ramadan, Carluccio’s brings a little Italian comfort to the table with Burger Italiano, a limited-time duo of Italian-style burgers created exclusively for the Holy Month. Available from 16 February to 18 March, the specials are made for Iftar catch-ups, late-night cravings, and easy meals shared with family and friends.
The line-up leans into bold, familiar flavours, starting with The Italian Job (AED 99), a grilled wagyu beef patty layered with stracciatella and beef pancetta, finished with lettuce, tomato, and pesto mayo in a soft potato bun. It is served with smoked paprika potato wedges, a house salad, and extra pesto mayo for dipping.
Also on the menu is the Thousand Island Milanese (AED 79), stacking two crispy chicken Milanese patties with lettuce and tomato, finished with thousand island sauce, and served with smoked paprika potato wedges, a house salad, and extra sauce on the side.
