Elite Business Women: Building a Global Platform Where Women & Companies Scale, Invest, and Lead Across Borders

For over a decade, Elite Business Women (EBW) has been quietly building something rare in the international business landscape: a real ecosystem where women entrepreneurs don’t just network, they scale, access capital and enter new markets with credibility.

Founded in 2014, Elite Business Women began as a vision rooted in one simple question:

What would happen if women had access to the same strategic rooms, capital conversations, and cross-border opportunities as men?

Eleven years later, EBW has grown into an international business platform active across Europe and the Middle East, with a community of 12,000+ women entrepreneurs, over 400 curated business events, and strategic partnerships spanning Romania, Italy, Portugal, UK, the UAE, Abu Dhabi, and beyond.

After  Europe, in 2022 we organised Dubai Investors Round Table and were part of a women delegation in Israel, bringing together companies & investors, in 2024 we were part of the Annual Investment Congress in Abu Dhabi, in 2025 part of the Silk Way Road Show in Dubai- step by step we expanded into a private – exclusive Business Club connecting female founders, investors, diplomats and innovators across the EU–GCC corridor.

From Personal Story to Global Platform

Elite Business Women was born from lived experience.

As a woman navigating entrepreneurship, leadership, and international business, I saw a recurring pattern: talented women were building strong companies, yet remaining invisible, underfunded, and isolated from decision-making circles.

Not because of lack of skill.

But because access was missing.

EBW was created to change that, not through motivation or theory, but through structure:

  • structured visibility,

  • structured strategic partnerships,

  • structured access to capital and markets.

Today, EBW operates as a strategic bridge between Europe and the Middle East, supporting women-led businesses that are ready to grow internationally.

The EBW Business Circle: Our Core Pillars

Elite Business Women is not a single event or program.

It is a 360 business development Hub built on four core pillars:

1. Strategic Networking & Private Business Dinners

We curate elite private dinners and closed-circle business gatherings where:

  • entrepreneurs meet investors,

  • founders meet decision-makers,

  • partnerships are formed in trust-based environments.

This is relationship capital, not volume networking.

2. Visibility, PR & Brand Positioning

Visibility is currency.

EBW supports women through:

  • curated media exposure,

  • business press features,

  • international storytelling aligned with growth and credibility.

Our focus is not vanity visibility, but strategic positioning for business development.

3. Business Development & Revenue Strategy

Many businesses fail not because of lack of ideas, but because of:

  • unclear revenue models

  • poor pricing strategies

  • weak international adaptation

EBW offers:

  • business revenue model consulting,

  • scaling frameworks,

  • market-entry strategy for Europe and the Middle East.

4. Access to Capital & Investor Matchmaking

One of the biggest gaps globally remains women’s access to capital.

Through EBW’s international network, we connect:

  • women-led companies with private investors,

  • founders with family offices and strategic partners,

  • scalable businesses with cross-border funding opportunities.

This pillar is developed in alignment with major investment forums, including engagements connected to Abu Dhabi and the GCC region.

Business Delegations: Entering New Markets with Structure

One of EBW’s most impactful initiatives is our International Business Delegations.

In 2026, EBW will organize curated delegations to:

  • Milan

  • Dubai

These are not conferences.

They are 3-day structured business delegations including:

  • private business dinners with local leaders,

  • curated matchmaking meetings,

  • market immersion and cultural intelligence briefings,

  • introductions to investors, developers, and key institutions.

The goal is simple: to help companies enter new markets with credibility, clarity, and the right partners.

Who can join EBW Club ?

Elite Business Women is designed for:

  • women founders with active businesses, at least 5 years in the market,

  • CEOs and business owners ready to scale,

  • companies seeking international expansion, at least 5 years in their local market,

  • entrepreneurs looking for strategic visibility and access, not noise,  at least 5 years in the market.

This is not a beginner platform.

This is for women who are ready to play at the next level of BUSINESS!.

Looking Ahead

As EBW enters its next chapter, the focus is clear:

  • deeper international integration

  • stronger capital pathways

  • fewer but higher-quality collaborations

  • and a continued commitment to building real economic power for women.

Not through slogans.

But through systems.
