Blume, the Silk Road-inspired dining destination, has introduced a three-course summer set menu that captures the essence of seasonal indulgence. Available daily from 12 PM to 8PM at Dubai Marina, the experience is priced at AED 175 per person and includes three thoughtfully curated courses and a drink, offering a refreshing journey through flavour, texture, and global comfort.

Set against the breezy charm of the Marina Promenade, guests are invited to savour a curated menu served in the elegant, atmosphere-rich setting that defines the Blume experience.

A Seasonal Spread of Fresh and Refined Favourites 

The menu begins with a choice of cold or hot starters, each offering a fresh and flavourful introduction to the meal. Options include the Watermelon and Ezine Cheese Salad, paired with pistachio, caper leaf pickle and yuzu; Avocado Ceviche, served with mango, red onion and red chilli; a crisp Rocket Salad layered with grilled corn, cherry tomatoes, Lor cheese and pistachio pesto; and the refreshing Salmon Tartare, finished with passion fruit, apple pickle, crispy salmon skin and salmon roe.

Warm starter highlights include the golden Crispy Calamari served with tartare, red chilli and lemon; a bubbling Shrimp Casserole in olive oil and Uzbek tomato; flame-charred Mexican Corn topped with spiced mayo and crunchy kernels; or a decadent Three-Cheese Börek, filled with Halloumi, Van herbed cheese and Kashkaval, drizzled with truffle honey and lime.

For the main course, diners choose from a globally inspired lineup that balances heartiness with flair. Options range from Turkish Manti in yoghurt and spicy butter, to Penne Arrabiata with eggplant and Taggiasca olives, to the Grilled Salmon served with mashed potato and coriander cress. The set also includes crowd favourites like the sweet-spicy Chicken TSO with sesame basmati rice and the signature Timeless Cheeseburger, stacked with cheddar and house relish.

To end, the dessert course offers a selection of indulgent finishes, including the rich San Sebastian Cheesecake topped with Pismaniye and chocolate, delicate Profiteroles filled with crème pâtissière, and classic Kunafa, soaked in syrup and finished with pistachios.

Each guest also receives a drink of choice, from fresh juices (orange, watermelon, grapefruit) and soft drinks to one of Blume’s signature mocktails, including:

  • Peach Treasure – Lyre’s Aperitif Rosso, peach, lime cordial
  • Crystal Clear Coco Lada – Pineapple cordial, Coco Lopez, milk-washed
  • Eastern Passion – Sea buckthorn, pineapple, vanilla, and passion fruit foam
