I am a visionary executive coach and business transformation professional with over 30 years in the global energy and leadership space.
Along with my oil and gas experience, I mentor and coach executives in leading international firms. I am certified by International Coaching Federation (ICF) professional coach (ICF-PCC). This enables me to apply Golden Coaching standards to all people I work with.
At the same time, I am the pioneer of the ICF Azerbaijan Chapter, which was founded in October 2023. I am also recognized for bridging corporate agility with human-centric leadership.
Currently, I work with reputable companies in my country as a professional coach, trainer and mentor and help them to develop leaders and leadership skills accordingly.
I also contribute to ICF as a volunteer global Brand Champion and ICF Credentials and Standards Nominating Committee member. Giving back to the development of the coaching profession is an important part of my mission and journey.

Sure, I have many of those stories, however I need to observe confidentiality, and it will be high level.

Leveraging my business experience, combined with my expertise as a certified coach and mentor, we embarked on a process to uncover their blind spots, identify untapped support channels, and reframe what true success means in both personal and professional spheres. Back in 2015, I proudly served as a core team member for the South Caucasus Pipeline Expansion, a monumental $1 billion+ segment of what was recognized as the planet’s largest non-military project, where I expertly managed costs and budgets to drive its success.

What is your favourite leadership quote?
A prominent leadership quote related to “becoming more” is by John Quincy Adams: “If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader”. So, it means leadership is not corporate, it is everywhere where you can make people to dream , learn and become more !
What is next for you? OR what are your goals for the next 5 years?
I find the GCC and UAE markets very attractive and at the same time challenging. And I am open for true, genuine and result building partnerships. I think that is the centre where my skills, creativity and uniqueness could be appreciated much better. So, my journey is clear, just need to make the first step!
