Tell us about your company IPM Haus.
IPMHAUS is a strategic social media and communications firm based in Sharjah, UAE, founded to help leaders, founders, and organizations shape powerful, credible digital identities. We specialize in positioning professionals not just to be visible online, but to be trusted, influential, and respected voices in their industries.
The company was born from my experience managing social media for oil & gas companies and senior energy professionals, where reputation, precision, and credibility are non-negotiable. Today, IPMHAUS is expanding to serve diverse entrepreneurs, executives, and global brands who want to lead conversations in their markets.
Who do you work with?
We work with:
- C-level executives and senior leaders
- Entrepreneurs and founders
- Energy, logistics, and industrial companies
- Professional service firms
- Public figures and high-responsibility professionals
Our clients are people who understand that their personal brand is a business asset and who want it managed with strategy, discretion, and excellence.
What is your mission?
Our mission is to humanize leadership while elevating credibility.
We help professionals tell their stories with clarity and integrity, turning experience into influence and vision into impact. IPMHAUS exists to ensure that leaders are not only seen, but understood, trusted, and above all followed.
What is the biggest challenge facing high level leaders looking to establish online authority?
The biggest challenge is alignment.
Many leaders struggle to translate decades of experience into digital language without sounding promotional, generic, or disconnected from who they truly are. There’s also fear of saying the wrong thing, of oversharing, or of damaging reputation.
Online authority today requires: Consistency, Strategic positioning and a deep understanding of how perception is formed at scale.
That’s where we at IPMHAUS step in.
What is your methodology for creating trust and influence for leaders and global corporations?
Our methodology is built on three pillars:
The first is Identity Mapping – We define who the leader is, what they stand for, and how they should be perceived.
The second is the Narrative Architecture – We craft a content strategy that connects expertise with human values.
And the third is Authority Systems – We build consistent thought leadership across platforms using data, storytelling, and brand psychology.
Every strategy is customized. No templates. No copy-paste branding. Every client is different and every strategy is tailored to our individual clients.
How do you navigate the unique complexities of embassy-level and energy sector social media planning?
My background in the energy sector taught me discipline especially in high-stakes environments such as Embassies’, Energy, Government-facing industries and for these clients our communication must be accurate, culturally sensitive, sligned with geopolitical and regulatory realities and reputationally safe.
The last one can be tricky, but thats why we have to research before tailoring our strategies to make sure that we position these clients ahead but also to ensure we avoid controversies or scandals.
We operate with: Multi-layer approvals, Risk-mapping and scenario planning. Our team treats every message as if it carries institutional weight — because often, it does.
Can you share a case study that illustrates the impact of your work?
One of our most impactful projects involved repositioning a senior energy executive who had decades of experience but little digital presence. Through thought leadership content, Executive storytelling and consistent strategic publishing, we transformed their profile into a respected industry voice, leading to: More Speaking invitations, new partnerships and inbound opportunities within months.
We’ve also supported companies in logistics and offshore operations to communicate complex technical services in a way that was clear, human, and compelling, driving trust in highly competitive markets.
What current projects and initiatives are you excited about?
Right now, at IPMHAUS, we are focused on expanding our entrepreneur authority programs, building executive media playbooks for leaders entering global markets, and launching new campaigns centered on human-centric leadership and ethical business culture. These initiatives reflect our belief that leadership today must be both influential and responsible.
I am especially excited about working with founders who are building businesses in emerging markets and want their stories told with global standards. Helping them translate their vision into credibility and international visibility is incredibly meaningful to me.
You are currently expanding in the Middle East, how are you transforming the media landscape in the region?
The Middle East is evolving rapidly, and so is its leadership voice. At IPMHAUS, we are helping shape that evolution by introducing strategic thought leadership rather than purely promotional content, and by bringing global storytelling standards that are carefully adapted to regional culture.
Our campaigns aim to position leaders as international players, not only local successes. We bridge Western branding discipline with Middle Eastern values of legacy, respect, and vision, creating communication that resonates both regionally and globally.
What is your vision for the company over the next decade?
My vision is that over the next ten years, IPMHAUS will become a global authority firm for executive and founder communication.
We aim to operate across key markets in the Middle East, and Europe while building a network of elite strategists who share our standards of excellence.
We aim to be known as the firm that shapes the most respected leaders online, not as influencers, but rather architects of influence.
What is next for you and what legacy do you hope to leave?
What’s next for me is scale with purpose. I want to grow IPMHAUS in a way that creates real impact, while mentoring the next generation of communicators and leaders, especially from emerging markets. I want to show that integrity and excellence can coexist with growth and ambition.
My legacy is to be remembered as someone who helped leaders use their voice wisely, and who built a company that stood for discipline, ethics, and lasting impact.
Why are you the perfect person to lead social media for professionals?
I come from a family of politicians and military leaders, where responsibility, reputation, and service were core values. From an early age, I learned that words matter, and that conduct defines credibility.
Academically, I graduated Summa Cum Laude with the highest GPA from Strayer University in International Business, Trade and Commerce, in Washington D.C. USA, and later earned a Master’s degree in Social Media Marketing from IEBS in Spain. This combination gave me both strategic business grounding and deep technical expertise in digital communication.
Professionally, I have managed communication for high-responsibility sectors, advised senior professionals, and helped improve brands where credibility is everything. I don’t just understand social media, I understand power, perception, and the burden and sacrifices of leadership. And I would like to think that this exposure helps me tailor better communication than most.
