The First Gymnastics Cup After the Launch of the UAE Gymnastics Federation Draws Athletes from 30+ Countries

Gymnastika Solo Cup, one of the world’s leading gymnastics tournaments, will host over 500 international sportsmen, including Olympic medalists and world champions like Liubou Charkashyna, Eva Brezalieva, Carol Michelotti, Elisa Maria Comignani, and Amalia Lică, at the Al Nasr Sports Complex from October 22–27. The tournament marks the first major championship held since the formation of the UAE Gymnastics Federation, launched with the support of the Sports for All Federation.

The six-day program includes competition days, an opening ceremony with performances by world champions, a gala performance, and an exclusive masterclass led by Olympic medalist Alina Harnasko and World champion Marta Pagnini.

“The tournament aims to nurture confidence and character in the next generation of female athletes. We are focusing on creating a celebration of talent, elegance, and international friendship. The tournament’s symbol, Zayina – the Soul of the Desert and Keeper of Dreams, pays tribute to the UAE’s transformative vision and serves as a reminder that even in the desert, every dream can blossom into greatness,” said Anastasiya Zakreuskaya, Founder & CEO of Gymnastika UAE, FIG-certified coach and judge.

The event is supported by the Dubai Sports Council and the Sports for All Federation, whose representatives will attend key ceremonies, underscoring the national commitment to developing youth and women’s sports.
