InfraHub Compute was created to address one of the biggest challenges in the AI economy today and that is access to scalable, enterprise-grade compute infrastructure.
Demand for AI workloads is accelerating far faster than supply, and that imbalance is only growing. Our focus is on helping to build and scale one of Europe’s first true GPU cloud platforms powered entirely by renewable energy, providing the infrastructure that underpins the AI revolution.
At InfraHub Compute, we focus on the ownership, deployment, and management of physical GPU infrastructure. We help design and deploy GPU-accelerated supercomputers using gold-standard GPUs, placing them into strategically located data centres and connecting them to global demand.
What makes our model unique is that we allow investors to own the underlying hardware assets. Those assets are then rented to end users running AI workloads, generating a passive monthly income, while we provide a full white-glove asset management service. Our role is to remove complexity while opening access to an asset class that was historically reserved for hyperscalers and large technology firms.
Tell us about your Hyperstack + NexGen Cloud ecosystem
This is an important distinction to make.
InfraHub Compute focuses on helping to build and owning the physical AI infrastructure layer. That means sourcing enterprise-grade GPUs, deploying them into data centres, and enabling investors to own tangible compute assets that generate a monthly income.
NexGen Cloud provides the engineering and operational backbone. It’s responsible for the deep infrastructure expertise required to architect, deploy, and operate large-scale GPU environments reliably. NexGen Cloud ensures everything meets enterprise standards for performance, security, and reliability.
Hyperstack, on the other hand, is the on-demand GPU cloud marketplace. It connects AI developers, startups, and enterprises with available compute capacity. Hyperstack doesn’t own the infrastructure, instead, it enables efficient utilisation by matching demand with the GPU resources built and managed through InfraHub Compute.

Our differentiation comes down to three pillars: performance, accessibility, and sustainability.
From a performance perspective, we work exclusively with enterprise-grade GPUs designed for demanding AI workloads. This isn’t consumer hardware repurposed for cloud use, its infrastructure built to hyperscaler standards.
Accessibility is the second pillar. Historically, this level of compute power was only available to the largest technology firms. We’ve helped create a model that allows startups, enterprises, and investors to access and participate in AI infrastructure without needing to build data centres or manage operations themselves.
The third pillar, and one that really matters, is sustainability. AI workloads are energy-intensive, and without careful planning they can place significant strain on power grids and the environment. How have you grown the company since launching?
We made a conscious decision not to chase short-term scale.
Instead, we focused on building strong foundations and aligning infrastructure development directly with real market demand. By prioritising utilisation from day one, rather than speculative capacity, we ensured our infrastructure was productive as soon as it went live.
That disciplined approach has allowed us to scale organically and responsibly. As demand has increased, we’ve expanded capacity in parallel, maintaining strong utilisation rates and predictable performance, something that’s critical in an infrastructure-led business.

Our mission is to increase global access to on-demand GPU compute while helping to build a sustainable AI infrastructure layer for the future.
Today, accessible enterprise-grade AI infrastructure represents only a small fraction of global demand. That concentration creates bottlenecks and limits innovation. By expanding access, we help level the playing field for startups, enterprises, and institutions alike.

Why do you believe AI infrastructure is becoming one of the strongest opportunities of this decade?
We’re living through a modern-day gold rush, and history shows that the most durable value is often created by those who build and own the infrastructure powering major technological shifts.
AI applications will evolve, models will change, and platforms will come and go, but the need for compute power is structural and enduring. In that sense, AI infrastructure is the modern equivalent of “picks and shovels”.
It’s asset-backed, generates recurring revenue, and is supported by long-term demand tailwinds. For investors, it offers exposure to the growth of AI without needing to bet on individual applications or technologies.
What are the current trends in compute demand and AI adoption?
Demand for AI compute is outpacing supply, and that gap is widening.
GPUs are expensive, difficult to source, and increasingly essential across industries. We’re seeing explosive growth from AI and machine learning platforms to data analytics, simulation, rendering, and enterprise automation.
This isn’t a temporary spike. Once AI becomes embedded in workflows and products, compute demand compounds rather than contracts.
How does your investment model work?
The simplest way to describe it is “buy-to-let for AI compute.”
Investors purchase physical GPU servers, which are manufactured, deployed, and operated on their behalf. We manage the entire lifecycle, from installation and maintenance to client onboarding and billing.
Those servers are rented to end users running AI workloads, and investors receive monthly income, paid directly. Everything is transparent, with performance tracked through an online Investor Portal.
What is the main benefit you are offering investors?
Transparency and simplicity are central to our investor offering. We’ve helped designed the platform so investors can participate in AI infrastructure ownership without operational complexity, while still having full visibility.
Every investor receives access to our Investor Portal, which is delivered through Hyperstack, our on-demand GPU cloud platform. The portal provides real-time insight into infrastructure performance, utilisation, and earnings, allowing investors to monitor how their assets are performing daily, from anywhere in the world.
Alongside this, we provide a full white-glove asset management service. This includes procurement, manufacturing, deployment, maintenance, and day-to-day operations of the GPU infrastructure. Investors do not need to manage hardware, data centres, or end clients, we handle the entire lifecycle.
Investors also benefit from monthly passive income distributions, direct ownership of tangible GPU assets, and exposure to global AI demand through the Hyperstack ecosystem.
