Knight Frank continues to expand its impressive commercial and residential real estate consultancy expertise in Saudi Arabia with the addition of its new premium retail advisory client offering. 

The KSA Retail consultancy team will consult and advise landlords and organisations on the full scope of their retail projects, from conception and leasing strategy, through to leasing the retail development, pre opening services, management and refurbishment. The team will consult and advise global and regional brands who are setting up retail operations in the Middle East region for the first time, advising on key aspects such as location selection and contract negotiation.

The Retail advisory team will be spearheaded by Pedro Ribeiro, Partner, who will implement and lead the Retail consultancy services client offering in The Kingdom. Pedro has 27 years extensive experience working in Retail, Real Estate and Asset Management multinational institutions across the Middle East, Europe and North Africa delivering world-class Mall & Mixed-Use Developments worth billions of dollars. Pedro’s impressive expertise also lies in helping companies to implement their brand expansion plans across the region, combined with his experience in retail project planning, implementation and development, mall management and market-leading retail marketing and leasing strategies.

Aside from bringing to the firm his wealth of retail experience, Pedro is an impactful leader with a history of maximizing productivity with a proven track record of delivering complex, multi-geographical retail projects. He has gained global industry recognition for his advisory work, with 4 renowned market awards, 2 of which were in Saudi Arabia whilst working on the Riyadh Park Mall project, which won New Development of the year in 2018 and the Panorama Mall project which was awarded Renovation/Expansion of the year also in 2018.
