As thousands of UAE students prepare to begin university and head towards their future careers this summer, there is one challenge academic qualifications alone can’t address: the shift from being guided through school to thinking, adapting, and thriving independently.
Designed for high school students, university goers, and young adults preparing for the early stages of their professional careers, The University Edge Intensiveis a two-day immersive experience focused on building confidence, resilience, self-awareness, and real-world readiness.
Through performance-driven and challenge-based learning, the bootcamp encourages students to move from “I can’t” and “How can I?” to “I can”. It also gives parents confidence that their child is prepared for what comes next.
Developed in collaboration with The Paradigm Hub, founded by UAE-based educator and coach Swarnima Guha, the programme supports students in strengthening critical thinking, communication skills, adaptability, and decision-making under pressure.
Over the course of two days, participants will work closely with four expert coaches to identify goals, strengthen their problem-solving abilities, express ideas confidently and impactfully, and understand the influence of AI FOR the future of work. A key highlight of the programme includes mock interviews with expert feedback, along with a practical transition strategy.
In addition, the top three performers will have the opportunity to secure exclusive internship opportunities and further extend their learning experience.
